How many people will be attending the ESG for Impact! 2023 Conference?

We anticipate in person attendance to be approximately 350-400 attendees. This includes attendees, exhibitors, speakers, and support staff. We are committed to the health and safety of every participant.

Will social distancing be possible at the ESG for Impact! 2023 Conference?

First Affirmative Financial Network will  be working with Omni Interlocken Hotel to comply with all public health and safety protocols to help ensure the safety of participants. That includes the ability to social distance if the need arises.

Attire is business casual for all activities including the meetings and dining events.

Your conference registration is transferrable if you are unable to make the event due to unforeseen circumstances.

You can be issued a refund if you become ill or notify us of your cancelation by September 19th.

Hotel Cancellation Policy: If an individual cancels a room reservation prior to 72 hours before their arrival, there will be no charge. If an individual cancels a room reservation within 72 hours of their arrival day, or does not show up, the charge will be one night’s room and tax.

Guests are responsible for hotel room expenses as well as air travel to Denver and ground transportation to and from the hotel. Please check our transportation page for shuttle services to the Omni Interlocken Hotel. Once you arrive at the conference, First Affirmative Financial Network will provide nearly all of your conference needs including meals. Our goal is to provide you with exceptional service and make this conference an invaluable use of your time. If you have any special requests, please do not hesitate to ask.

The average minimum temperature in Colorado during the month of October is 2.5° C (36.5° F). October is a dry month with an average of 25mm (1.0in) rain. Drink plenty of water with electrolytes while you are here to avoid altitude illness. Due to the dry environment, you can easily become dehydrated. The average maximum temperature in Colorado during the month of October is 18.7° C (65.66° F).

What should you wear in October? For visitors traveling to Colorado, we recommend wearing layers. You may want to bring a warm jacket.
